Hi there!
I wasn't sure where to post this, concerning joining your guild in the RagnarokOnline2 game.
My name is Margaret, though friends usually call me Mags.
I will be 43 in less than 2 months. My husband (Jon) will be 38 in about 8 days. My youngest son will also be playing (he's 13). The 16 yr old is sticking to iRO1 though.
We live in NJ, US; so we're eastern timers. I will be available throughout most days and evenings, with son and husband playing mainly in the evening and weekends. (We're having dinner early at 5pm, so we can be ready at 6pm for launch.)
I will be maining a Ranger/Alchemist, LadyRaven, and yes, I do plan on having some alts, of course.
I currently do not have Ventrilo, because my sons bent up my Logitech headset, while playing CoD:Black Ops. I do, however, have a tablet, that has mic and speakers...just not sure I can get the program for it.
Oh yeah, we're already d/l'd, installed, patched, and ready to go on all 3 computers. ;D

Awesome Mags  Can't wait to play with you and everyone else! I'm not sure if my hubby is going to give it a try, I know he DL'ed Neverwinter last night so I think he's gonna try that out atm since they just made it open beta - but if I have fun on RO2 I'm sure he'll at least give it a shot |

A Mod on their forums said that they are still messing around with the patch, so don't worry if you're getting that error message! |

Ladyraven, you wouldn't happened to have played FreeRealms at one point have you? I played with a group of parents and one of them was called Ladyraven! Would be an awesome coincidence if that is the case. Yes, I read on their facebook that several people are getting patch errors. Excited about playing! I just hate that they are starting right when I have to go pick the little one up from daycare. haha So i'll probably get on long enough to pick a server and post here. Then I need to make dinner.  Most of my leveling will have to wait until after her bedtime. |

I'm on! Yay! Got my character name too (Lorien). I usually have to get into a game very early on to get it. Playing on Channel 2 for now, until we figure out which one to play on.

ARGHHH. I am having massive issues with being able to get on. It keeps telling me that my account is not registered, but I am able to log in to the Playpark website with the same info. Any advice? I really want to play this tonight!

I did too at first, but was apparently using the wrong username lol. Had to go check my 'welcome' email from when I registered. Do you still have that email? It should have the username in it

I had to log in to warpportal, go to the "games" tab, choose Ragnarok 2, and register again that way. hth |

If anyone is still having trouble getting into the game via Steam, delete the game in your library and then re download it. They had to fix a few bugs with the launcher, worked for me.
Also not sure if this was already posted anywhere else thought I'd post it to be sure others can see it.

I have Neverwinter installed as well. Though, it seems like they are having more issues than RO2. I was thinking of popping on there when RO2 has issues. Which, thus far, has been a nada. My husband and I have only experienced one d/c since RO2's servers went up (vending 65% of the time, lol). |

Would be an awesome coincidence if that is the case. Hmmm...I really am not sure. There was a couple times in the past 15 years that I tried a variety of games. My main character in iRO1 was a falcon hunter named LadyRaven. I remember playing a MUD game and Priston Tale during ro's beta hiatus. Left RO for WoW, played that for 4 years. Then it becomes really muddled. I didn't use the LadyRaven name in WoW, but I may have elsewhere. I have about 10 different names I cycle through. >.< |

Hello! I'm looking forward to playing this game! The only other pc game I've played, however, is Elder Scrolls 3 and it was only for a few minutes. The rest of my experience is in xbox and ps3. I'm sure I'll catch on, buy may take me a bit to get used to the controls, rues, and lingo. Can't wait though! ;D
